1. What is the Fly Like We EPIC Trip 2026?
The EPIC Trip 2026 is a multi-city group travel experience curated by Fly Like We. This journey takes travelers through incredible destinations, blending culture, adventure, and unforgettable social experiences.
2. What destinations are included?
The EPIC Trip 2026 will feature stops in multiple iconic cities, including St. Vincent to relax and explore, Miami for an electrifying overnight stop, New Orleans for Mardi Gras.
3. Can I join for only part of the trip?
Yes! While we encourage travelers to experience the full journey, you can choose specific segments, such as joining in St. Vincent or New Orleans.
4. What’s included in the trip package?
Each segment of the trip includes accommodations, select meals, exclusive event access, curated group activities, and on-the-ground concierge services. Flights and additional expenses may vary depending on your chosen itinerary.
5. How do I book my spot?
Booking is available through our official Fly Like We website or by contacting our team directly. We recommend securing your spot early, as availability is limited.
6. Are flights included?
NO, You have the flexibility to book your flights independently or opt for Fly Like We’s assistance in securing your airfare. If you choose to book your own flights, you are responsible for ensuring your itinerary aligns with the group’s schedule. Fly Like We is not liable for any missed connections, delays, or cancellations affecting your travel plans.
7. Can I book on behalf of someone else?
When booking for others, you are the designated contact person and responsible for all payments. You must obtain all necessary consents and ensure all provided information is accurate. The Tour Operator is not liable for any errors or omissions in the information.
8. What is the payment plan?
Payments are due on the first of each month, flexible payment plans are available to make your EPIC adventure more accessible. A non refundable deposit of $350 CAD each person secures your spot, with scheduled payment plan leading up to the trip. You may adjust your payment schedule to three installments or pay the balance in full before the specified dates. Late payments made 2 or more days past the due date will incur a $50 per person late fee penalty.
9. What is the refund and cancellation policy?
Due to the nature of group travel and event-based experiences, all payments are non-refundable. However, name transfers may be allowed depending on the circumstances for a fee. Refunds are honored within 24 hours of the initial deposit payment to the original payment method. Without insurance, no refunds are available after that period. It's advisable to purchase insurance (an added fee) to cover flight costs in case of cancellation. Name changes are possible for an additional fee.
10. Is this trip open to children?
This trip is exclusively for guests aged 21 and older. Children are not permitted, as some group events have age restrictions due to the presence of alcohol.
11. As a Canadian passport holder, you do not need a visa to enter either Saint Vincent and the Grenadines or Trinidad and Tobago for short-term visits.
Saint Vincent and the Grenadines:
- Visa Requirement: No visa is required for stays up to 6 months.
- Passport Validity: Your passport must be valid for the duration of your stay.
New Orleans:
- Visa Requirement: No visa is required for short-term stays.
- Passport Validity: Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your intended stay.
- A valid Canadian passport | A valid NEXUS card | A valid U.S. Permanent Resident Card

12. What should I pack?
Packing recommendations will be provided for each destination, including essentials, beachwear, and comfortable attire for exploring vibrant city streets etc.
13. How do I stay updated on trip details?
Once booked, travelers will receive exclusive updates via email, WhatsApp groups, and social media. Our team will provide all necessary details leading up to departure and onsite throughout the trip.
